Every Lightspeed Loyalty program now has a public signup page with its own shareable link. Customers can enrol themselves without waiting for a staff member to create their profile at POS.
Share the link online or download its QR code for menus, signage and printed material. This gives customers more opportunities to join while reducing the steps your team needs to handle during service.
Customers can add their Lightspeed Loyalty card to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, giving them an easy way to carry and present it from their phone.
Reward balances update in the background, and customers receive a lock-screen notification when they unlock a reward. At the register, staff can attach the customer to an active sale by scanning the QR code on the wallet pass.
Lightspeed Loyalty is available in Australia for sites using Lightspeed Payments.
Switch to annual billing in Back Office and save 15% on your POS base plan. You’ll pay for the year upfront and can review the total and renewal date before confirming.
Switching to annual takes effect straight away. If you later return to monthly billing, the change will begin on your next renewal date.
Australia’s card surcharge ban takes effect on 1 October. If you currently apply a card surcharge, the Menu Pricing Assistant can help you adjust your menu prices before the change.
Enter your current card rate and preferred rounding rules to generate suggested prices across products and price lists. Review and edit the suggestions, then schedule the approved changes to take effect from October.

Create a menu by uploading photos, PDFs, CSV files or screenshots from another POS. AI Menu Import extracts products, prices, categories and option sets, reducing the amount of information you need to enter manually.
Before anything is imported, you can review and edit product names and prices, as well as modifiers within option sets. Once the details look right, Lightspeed creates the menu for you.

Customers can sign in or join Lightspeed Loyalty while ordering via Lightspeed Kiosk. Signed-in members can see their balance and progress towards their next reward, then apply available credit before paying.
After payment, the kiosk confirms when a reward has been earned. Customers can skip loyalty at any point, keeping ordering quick while giving regulars the same core earning and redemption experience available at the counter.
Loyalty on Kiosk is available in Australia for sites using Lightspeed Payments and subscribed to Lightspeed Loyalty.

Split quantity-modified items one unit at a time when splitting a bill by product. For example, a line containing three beers can now be split into separate payments instead of moving all three together.
This makes it easier to take separate payments for individual items when your venue uses quantity prompts to enter repeated products quickly.

Your POS can reconnect to a network printer automatically when its IP address changes. If a print job fails, Lightspeed searches the local network for the printer using its hardware address and reconnects when it finds a match.
This reduces interruptions caused by routine network changes and removes the need to scan for printers each time a configured printer receives a new address.
