Mark modifiers unavailable directly from POS

Staff can now mark modifiers as unavailable straight from the POS. If an add-on, side or extra runs out—like oat milk for coffees or a side of chips—disabling the modifier prevents staff from selling items your venue can't deliver.

These updates also extend to supported online ordering integrations, automatically hiding unavailable modifiers from menus so customers only order what's in stock.
